RHM 801 is a polyurethane adhesive reactive Hot Melt. Moisture curing pressure sensitive Solvent free adhesive.

  • Process temperature is between 90 Celsius and 160 Celsius

Characteristics

RHM 801 has very good properties to washing and dry cleaning. It demonstrates very good resistance to heat and chemicals. It gives a permanent bond with a soft touch and flexibility.


Fields of applications

RHM 801 is suitable for gluing foam material, textile, non-wovens,
membranes, foils, paper, and rigid surfaces.

It replaces the traditional flame bonding which is not "environmentally
friendly".

This glue demonstrates a better resistance to humidity and heat than
EVA and PVAC Glue.
